Integrated Lease Documentation & Research
As part of the initial property setup, Commercial Property Services requires complete PDF copies of each tenant’s executed lease agreement, together with all amendments and related documents affecting the lease terms.
These documents are organized and maintained within RealTime, providing direct access to the original lease agreements alongside the corresponding tenant records and lease administration information.
Through Optical Character Recognition (OCR), searchable lease documents can be researched to locate and verify important contractual provisions, including rental adjustments, renewal options, notice requirements, operating expense obligations, and other lease terms.
This integrated approach allows Commercial Property Services to reference original lease language, verify contractual obligations, and support accurate lease administration and management reporting.

Implementation of Commercial Property Services | RealTime requires the property owner or client to provide PDF copies of all current lease agreements, amendments, addenda, and other relevant lease documentation.
These documents provide the source information necessary to establish accurate tenant records, rental obligations, lease expiration dates, options, rent adjustments, and other critical lease information within RealTime.
Additional property documentation, including site plans, property photographs, operating expense information, and other relevant records, may also be requested depending upon the scope of the assignment.
